POEM (#1)
by Toni Long
I wonder how you sleep
when I am not there for you to hold.
Do you wrap your arms
around the wind
kissing the ears of stars,
snuggling up close to the moon?
Do you warm the universe
whispering your sweet promises
of tomorrows yet to come?
